I AM TOTALLY OBSESSED OF THIS BOOK!
I can't even remind what series made me obsessed so much earlier. Not ToG, nor ACOTAR.
I wasn't even a big fan of Harry Potter, when I was a kid and reading this.
„Fourth Wing” is a total masterpiece to me!
Rebecca Yarros in her book is showing us a brutality, renunciations, unconditional love and history of Basgiath and Navarre. Welcome to Basgiath War College where the dragons riders are the most important section. Meet Violet Sorrengail who was supposed to be a scribe, but her mother wants her as a dragon raider. And in the end meet handsome, hot and totally awesone Xaden Riorson, the hero who will make you blush in every second when he appeared.
I love the idea od War College. I love the heroes inside. Not only main Violet and Xaden. I love that we can meet their friends and how nice and helpful they are. I love every moment of this book, because I always wanted dragon and gryphon to my own. For real. That's why I read this book in one day. When I started, I cannot put it down for a moment. I was making a coffee with my Kindle in the other hand. And of course that I bought four versions (in four diffrent languagues) on my bookshelf. Obvious, right?
Yes, we all know that the ending of „Fourth Wing” is painful AF, but we also know that we can't wait to take the book number two and enter this world again. And guess what? We are all masochists with reading „The Empyrean” series. If you start this, you will have broken heart forever.
You want more? You will do a reread, because this book is addicting people so much. And I won't lie you, Xaden Riorson has my heart.
What can I say? One and only rival to him is Tairn, but I need to read about him more in „Iron Flame”. So... I am going to read the next book in series right now. If you haven't started „The Empyrean” series it is time to take „Fourth Wing” and meet the dragons world.
