MY OPINION
Hm... the cover of” Skin of a Sinner” is telling us about dark, bloody story inside.
But the truth is that... story of Roman and Isabella isn't so much dark and bloody as I thought, when I saw the cover.
First of all Bella... I have bever seen more childlish heroine in the book. Talking on repeat about Mickey and Minnie is boring, but it seems that this Mickey Mouse is a whole existence of Bella. I was so tired of her behavior to Roman. She was annoying all the story. Even when they had spicy moments, she was still like a child. And even when I was trying to focus on this hot scene I couldn't. Not a chance. Because of Bella.
Roman is a simple guy. He has obsession on Isabelle and he is killing slowly every man who was trying to hurt or touch his girl. Or maybe I should write Minnie? He is unhinged, hot and arrogant. But also his obsession of Bella is something I don't understand. Roman is a guy who should have better girl than this childlish Isabella. He was too much focused to serve Bella, that he lost himself in all of this. In the end I am sad for him.
„Skin of a Sinner” is pretending to be a dark story childhood friends to lovers with death and blood inside. But this book isn't dark so much. I am dissapointed. This story will be better when the heroine change to normal one. Not an adult kid with problems. Roman deserve a woman who will give him her heart, soul and body. Who will do everything for him. And this isn't Bella.
