MY OPINION
Probably this was the fastest book I read in this year for now. After finish „Iron Flame” I immediately took the third instalment of „The Empyrean” series. And right now, after end I am lost. So much lost!
Third book of Violet's adventures is taking us to the Continent. Finally we can meet other countries, people and even their secrets. In this book we also get more informations about magic, villains and dragons.
Rebecca Yarros in this book did more than Violet POVs, which is a great idea, because we can also see other riders and relations with their dragons. I wish more of these in book number four! Pretty please!
Of course we have here spicy, hot and steamy scenes. They are even better than in previous books! So if you are reading „for the plot” here, in „Onyx Storm” you should be happy with this, what you will have inside.
„Onyx Storm” was a really good reading. The ending destroyed me (again) and I really, really need the fourth book. Immediately! This waiting will be hard. And I am not ready for that one. Right now I fully understand why readers whos finished all three books are in permament pain. Yep, I have it also.
2026 where are you?! I need you here with Violet and Xaden. Right now!
