“Game Over” had been sitting on my TBR for a long time.
And I regret waiting so long.
Really.
Now I just want to read more books by Selena Winters, because “Game Over” completely hooked me.
Meet Kira, aka MistressOfMischief—a regular girl who loves playing video games. Gaming is also her escape from real life and a painful past.
She plays with Rouge, a mysterious gamer who insists on staying anonymous. Every time Kira asks him to meet in person, he refuses.
Eventually, she starts losing hope that they'll ever meet and slowly begins pulling away from their friendship.
But Rouge isn't ready to give up.
He has a plan.
Not only does he want Kira's friendship—he wants her body, her mind, and her entire life.
Ryder, aka Rouge, isn't your typical gamer. He's prepared a very personal game for Kira, one that will show her desires she never even knew she had.

This story isn't sweet, soft, or wholesome.
It's a dark stalker romance where every boundary is pushed to dangerous extremes.
The spice in this book is absolutely captivating—and it comes in many different forms. Voyeurism, weapon play in the forest, underwater scenes, mirrored masturbation, and primal play.
With every new level of the story, I discovered something even more intense than the last.
Despite the dark themes, everything is written with style. The intimate scenes are hot, spicy, and intense, but they never feel unnecessarily vulgar.
Perfection.
“Game Over” was my first book by Selena Winters, but it definitely won't be my last.
Not a chance.
I'm already so hooked on her writing that my next mission is to shrink my Selena Winters TBR.

If you're just getting into the genre, I'd recommend starting with something lighter first—and then coming back to experience this crazy ride.
