MY OPINION
Luca Vitiello was a mystery guy. When I met him first time I thought that he is a handsome bastard. I wasn't wrong.
When Cora said that we will have the book with Luca's POV, I was very curious about this guy again.
Maybe he wasn't so hard and angry inside like we can see in „Bound by Honor”?
I love this story! „Luca Vitiello” is a fantastic prequel to the „Born in Blood” series!
Cora Reilly wrote a totally awesome story with this guy, his brother and Scuderi sisters.
Luca had a tough life. His father has a big faith in him, because he wants Luca on his replacement as capo. When Luca was a child, he saw very brutal things and he understood that weakness is uncceptable.
He done everything to be a really bad guy. He done everything to make people afraid of him.
But everything changed when he saw Aria first time.
So... I've change my mind. Luca is a perfect guy to be a capo of familia. He is brutal, angry and fair to his people and his enemies. But he is also delicate and lovely for woman which he loves.
Again, Cora Reilly wrote a fantastic hero.
In this book we can read again extracts from „Bound by Honor”. We can see Luca's way to be a capo and we while reading this story we are inside the mafia. I totally love this feeling!
„Luca Vitiello” is a perfect story. It is a perfect prequel to the series. I am also grateful that Cora didn't forget about Gianna and Matteo (yes, he is mine). They appeared in this book too, and we can see first thoughts and feelings between them. I will read a book with Matteo POV with pleasure.
If you love Cora Reilly and her „Born in Blood” series, you will be totally happy with this book.
