MY OPINION
This was my first book from Autumn Jones Lake and now, when I finally read this book I think that this will be also the last book written by this author.
„Kickstart My Heart” is a first book in „Kickstart” trilogy and in this book we can meet Mallory and Chaser.
She is a Mafia Princess, but she wanted to make her dreams true and now she is working as a actress in Hollywood.
He is a rockstar, who was born in motocycle club Devil Demons, but he wants to do something more than ride a motocycle and the guitar is his fulfilment.
„Kickstar My Heart” is a really boring book. I read this story, but while I was reading, many times I thought about do not finish this. I didn't see the chemistry beetween heroes, and this story didn't make me intrested.
But this story has a potential to be something really good. First of all we have the music and movie sceneries. Chaser and Mallory met each other and their worlds started to merge. Then we have the change and we see the Devil Demons MC and Chaser childhood.
But we have here much more and this is too much for me. I had thoughts that the author didn't know what she wants in this story, so she write about everything. I won't read the next book in this trilogy. And I will be really careful when I will try to read the next book, written by Autumn Jones Lake.
I think that I will give her one more chance to shock me, but we will see.
