OPINION
I am not a fan of rocker romance, but I occasionally read this genre and sometimes it is good, other times bad.
One day I saw on Goodreads Lie to Me by Lee Piper and I read this book because I was curious.
And I really liked this story.
When Lee annouced the new book in series Rock Me i thought that I can read it too and see, where this story is going.
This is the book three in series, but it can be read as standalone.
Drake Stone and Harper Stevenson are really charismatic characters. They are also so much different. He is a whore rockstar, independent and strong in his decisions. Harper is vunerable with a gold heart. She is the complete opposite of Drake, but when we connect them to one, we have a fantastic complement.
All this story is about music and love. It is a little hate-love but only a little. Harper doesn't like Drake, but he knows how talk with her to change her mind about him.
Harper has a problem with money and Drake is her only chance to pay off the debt.
I like chemistry and this desire between them.
But this huge cliffhanger for the end... I was shocked and destroyed.
No thank you Lee for this.
I really need how this story will end. I have hope that Lee won't make us wait a long time for conclusion.
Sing to Me is a nice rocstar romance with good heroes in the story. It is emotional rollercoaster with nice plot. I recommend this book.
