MY OPINION
The second book in „Zodiac Queen” series written by Gemma James is a book, that I really don't know I like it or not.
„Taurus” is... weird.
Mr. Bordeaux is like a ghost. When our virgin queen Novalee goes to his home to spend the next month with him, Bordeaux showes himself several times in this book and do nothing.
We don't have a real hero in this book. Bordeaux is a hidden gay and Novalee in this month, which she spends with him has an occasion to see his orientation. Novalee in this book is so submissive. She does everything what Bordeaux wants, even something is just wrong.
Why Gemma James didn't do her more asertive? I don't know, but I really dislike Novalee behaviors in this book.
Heath Bordeaux and The House of Taurus isn't my favourite. Of course, we have a lot of tension in this book and some scenes are so much intense, but in a whole plot this book is weak.
„Taurus” is a short book, so I really don't know if I want to wait so long time to read the next book in series. One month of waiting to read 20k words is a really long time. And when book is bad this waiting is longer and tiring too.
I am curios about Sebastian book, because he is the first man I saw in this twelve „alphas” circle.
So, maybe I will wait for his book and read just this one?
But this is just my opinion about this book, you should read it by yourself and see which will be your opinion.
